Most people traveling from abroad fall into one of two categories:

L.  Visa - which is available if you have and will maintain a business in the country of your residence.  This business must have been operating and you must have been employed in same for one out of the last three years.

E.2 - Treaty Investor Visa = this applies to most people and it is for those of you who do not own a business in the country you currently reside in, however are willing to purchase a business in the United States.  This give you the ability to

a)     Live in the United States legally and work in your own business

b)     Your spouse will be able to apply for a work permit which will allow them to apply for a job with any company they wish to work for, including your company.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT for you to understand we do NOT hold any Escrow Money belonging to our clients, nor do we take Referral Fees from anyone we introduce you to.  We introduce you to people because we have found them to be reliable and honest and have assisted our customers achieve their goals. 

BEWARE - Escrow Money should be placed into an account with an Attorney.

We strongly recommend this because YOUR MONEY will be in the safest place and should the Attorney run off with the funds then you would be able to apply to the Florida Bar for restitution from their Fund.  If you place money anywhere else there is no Fund to reimburse you should the money go missing.......... BEWARE

Our services are paid for by the Seller of whichever business you decide to purchase, providing we are working on your behalf.  If you decide, after speaking with us, that you feel we would meet your requirements, we would then assist you locate the type of business you feel best suits you.  We walk you through the process and are on hand for any questions you may have.   Our fees are NOT PAID until Closing, and they are paid from the Closing Proceeds which go to the Seller of the business.

EB5 - (route to a Green Card)

The EB Visa is the route to a Green Card, however, one should note that the minimum investment here is $500,000 and that is for an investment in an area of low employment.  Should you wish to have an investment in a more affluent area then you would need to invest $ 1 million.

This type of investment needs to be carefully considered as you can go through a scheme which the Government have approved and place your money into a business which you have NO CONTROL OVER.  You may be in a position to make approx. 6% return on your money, but this is in no way guaranteed.

We feel our customers are better off doing this independently and investing in a business of THEIR CHOICE of which THEY HAVE CONTROL.  We can discuss this at more length, should you decide this is an option for you.
